The Perfect Sunday Routine to Reset Your Life



Welcome to my personal Sunday routine – a day I've crafted to intentionally step off the treadmill of life, if only for a few precious hours.

Sundays, for me, are not about elaborate plans or unrealistic expectations. Instead, they serve as a sanctuary for self-care, reflection, and the rekindling of passions that may get overshadowed amidst the demands of the week. My Sunday Routine

8:00 AM - Morning Moments:
